Going for a walk in Australia with an explorer, do you like it?

Have you ever thought of going on an adventure to surpass yourself, feel alive or just to explore the wide world?
Sometimes, "it is enough simply to dare, because" to dare is already to win "as Rémi Camus the French adventurer would say so well, who has embarked on the bet of accompanying people like" everyone else in the Australian bush. world ”, like you and me, to walk 35 to 40 km per day with extreme temperatures sometimes going up to 50 ° in the middle of the afternoon.
Six courageous travelers have therefore responded to his call for applications to walk to the aboriginal community of Kaltukatjara, a 380 km journey in the Australian desert.
As Rémi Camus told me during our interview, “anyone can have an adventure like this and they have proven it. We don't say it often enough, our only limit is in our head ”. Rémi is deeply convinced of this, adding: “they dared to do what no one could have imagined before, by going where no one is going. Go towards a common goal. This is the whole point of this collective project ”.
Beyond the survival course, Rémi Camus wanted to make people want to dare to carry out their wildest projects! He adds: “in this adventure, I also learned a lot about myself and how to manage a group, with this notion of sharing during these long walks. During the survival courses that I give in France, I teach the basics of life in nature. Here, in the middle of the Australian bush, the slightest mistake can be fatal. Rémi would like to point out that it is above all a human adventure: "our group is our strength, we support each other, we help each other, there we no longer play, we live to the nearest second!"
Rémi concludes our discussion by exclaiming: “you have to dare your dreams! live them with passion! We can surpass ourselves every day, in all areas of life! We all have the ability to do great things within us. You just need to give yourself the means! "
To testify on the surpassing of oneself of these 6 apprentice adventurers, Rémi Camus made a film alongside Valentin Lam, a promising young photographer and talented videographer.

To conclude, the quote from Paul-Émile Victor illustrates Rémi Camus' approach:
“Adventure is a state of mind. It is in the heart of man. Adventure is being able to refuse your destiny, being ready to go at any time, designing new projects again and again, not being seated, in a word, you are living your life and building it.
Paul-Émile Victor (June 28, 1907 - March 7, 1995) is a French polar explorer, scientist, ethnologist and writer. "
