My way to Santiago de Compostela is off the beaten track. It goes through many variants through the mountains.

After walking theWay of Puy-en-Velayto Saint-Jean-Pied-Port, I finally decided not to continue the classic path which leads straight toRoncesvalles pass, but to take the GR 10 long-distance hiking trailwhich crosses the Basque Country to reach the Atlantic Ocean at Hendaye.

I had the desire in 2022 to continue this crossing of the Pyrenees, but this time starting from the side of themediterranean from the town of Banyuls-sur-mer.

I'm not ready to forget these magnificent landscapes made up of high plateaus and peaks, beautiful forests and valleys, a stone's throw from Spain.
