My Saint-James way does not take the traditional ways and passes by many variations and other detours which have from my point of view a historical and / or religious interest. I try to walk modestly in the footsteps and rhythm of the pilgrims of the Middle Ages.
Like me, do you like to take side roads? If yes, which ones ?
What were the stages that marked you the most in France, Spain, Portugal or elsewhere?
In this forum, also come and share your knowledge and experiences on the various pilgrimage routes (other than that of Santiago de Compostela), which exist today throughout the world but which are still little frequented.
Tell us about your starting plans (or dreams) (short, medium, long term) from Italy, Japan, Korea, Scotland, Ireland, Norway, Poland, Sardinia, Canada , Norway, Mexico, ... and much more ...
Freely ask your questions to subscribed members of our forum to learn more about the pilgrimage routes less known to the general public.
To those who are still wondering which new paths to take, give them some avenues for answers and reflection :
- by telling your adventures, your personal story, by making us want to follow in your footsteps !!!
- tell us if you have already created a blog, a website, if we can reach you on social networks,
- show us your best photos and videos, your real "life-wise" ...
This forum is ours, it is addressed to pilgrims, hikers, adventurers, walkers or quite simply to people who have not yet dared to take the first step ...
Do not hesitate to disseminate the existence of this sharing, discussion and information group to as many people as possible. It will be our common "suggestion box", our "To-Do List" as the English would say or more poetically "our list of dreams to be accomplished towards infinity and beyond" (to use the expression of a famous fictional character :-).
